Most of Evie's things will go on to Abbott... But we'll probably end up donating a lot or passing them on to friends with younger kids. So far, most of Evie's toys are still in good shape, so not much will get trashed! If you get the chance, watch Toy Story 3. It will change your perception on the 'after life' of toys!
In regards to the other afterlife, I think Connor is just fine. In my opinion, infant baptism/christenings are just about the parents making the pledge to raise the child in the 'church' or by way of your own beliefs and faith. Granted, both of mine could grow up and shun the teachings, become atheists, or just go through the motions... But that's their choice. Free will is a fun thing, right?! :)Katienoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2168690386601315489.post-6946461482431948002012-01-05T13:06:56.078-05:002012-01-05T13:06:56.078-05:00These are too cute. And you definitely have a lot to be thankful for in the New Year.

So here's my question: what do you do with all the old toys? Because we are overflowing with new ones and I just don't know what to do with the old ones...Goodwill? I think part of my problem is that I'm too sentimental.

By the way, we skipped the slinky and went straight for the whoopie cushion. It was her favorite toy!

I sometimes wonder about Connor as he's never been baptized. It's just that we've not gone back to see my uncle since his birth and my uncle is the one who married us and baptized Jordan. I guess Connor's okay, right?Whitney Leehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07766231420593480962noreply@blogger.com
